Robert works at Lemon Technology, along with his friend Brisbane.  Unlike Brisbane, Robert has an important job as the company's tech support.  It is unknown whether or not he's the only member of the multi-building company's tech team, but he does regularly visit all the buildings when needed.  He is also a member of The Mystic Order of the Hippedown Arms Repair Society, which was invented by the three guys from the Hippedown Apartments' lounge.

Robert thinks Brisbane is a ladies' man due to being involved with a girl like Kimberly. He is timid and worries about how others view him, which affects his social life. Fortunately Jane, his girlfriend and unofficial fiancé, doesn't share his timidity.  He was friends with Jake and used to work with him at Lemon Technology.

Robert was also the one who gave Brisbane his first computer and introduced him to Final Battle Adventure Online, an on-line RPG.
