Lola is the manager of the Hippedown Apartments. 
She is a woman after Kimberly's heart; if she can make a buck off of you she certainly will.  Of course, she's a good, hard-working woman who keeps her building up to code, but doesn't go up and beyond her budget if she can so help it. 

Lola enjoys wrestling and well-greased men.  Her own father and her adopted children were all involved with wrestling.  Lola was her father's manager before he retired from wresting to become Hippedown Apartments' manager, a job Lola would take over once her father passed away.

Lola is also the unfortunate recipient of the affections of the three guys in the lounge, feelings she does not wish to give back to any of them.
