David is Emily's ex-boyfriend.   He was introduced to everyone at a picnic that Emily threw to show off her new guy. He may seem like a dull, downright passive guy at first, but if you get to know him he's rather nice, and a little quirky.  But just a little. David broke things off with Emily due to her lack of trust in him.

He is also a member of The Mystic Order of the Hippedown Arms Repair Society, which was invented by the three guys from the Hippedown Apartments lounge.

David is currently a college student and may not be working.
